Result of Poll for election of a District Councillor for Lower Sheering on Thursday 5 November 2009.

Today the Lib Dems were smashed into second place by the Tory candidate Charlotte Edwards.

The results of this election were as follows;
Name of Candidate: Black, Ingrid Lesley
Description: Liberal Democrats
Number of Votes: 93

Name of Candidate: Edwards, Charlotte
Description: Conservatives
Number of Votes: 302

Our congratulation's go to Charlotte and we welcome her to the Conservative led District Council where we know she will be supportive of All the electorate in sheering and will work hard for all her constituents.
